"I wanted to let you know about my choice to proceed with Nurseryman. The other nursery I have been talking to is xxxxx. They were by far the cheapest, by about $4k. However they were difficult to deal with and bossy. There were some plants they couldn't provide and others they refused to quote on because they disagreed with council. Getting info was like pulling teeth. You on the other hand were always pleasant and helpful. You often provided more info than I asked for anticipating my needs. It has been the friendly, customer focused service from both Angela and Travis that has made all the difference. Please know that I have really appreciated our interactions.
