SHIPPING POLICY
Our plants are typically dispatched Monday through Wednesday. If this doesn't work for you, please let us know so we can make an alternative arrangement. Stock is subject to availability at time of order, but if we have run out it can normally be fulfilled within a few days. Otherwise we will refund your purchase in full.

Shipping rates to rural addresses are calculated per order, to ensure we keep the costs as low as possible for you. Once your order is confirmed, you will be emailed a confirmation and we will be in touch with the shipping costs and a tax invoice to complete your purchase.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please let us know within 14 days of arrival. We will either arrange replacements, or full credit and return of the plants at our cost.
PAYMENT METHOD
We normally receive payment through credit card on our store. However we can arrange credit accounts for wholesale customers.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Wholesale customers are welcomed, we can supply from Root Trainer size. Send us an inquiry with what you are interested in, and we can add you to our monthly trade list updates. We can also contract grow for you.
