Quercus robur 'Fastigiata', commonly known as Upright English Oak or Cypress Oak, is a deciduous tree with a narrow, columnar growth habit.  Quercus robur 'Fastigiata' is ideal for smaller landscapes and urban plantings, the tree features deeply lobed, dark green leaves that turn golden-brown in autumn before falling. In spring, it produces small, inconspicuous yellow-green catkins, followed by acorns in autumn and fast growth. . It is commonly used as a street tree, in formal avenues, or as a vertical accent in gardens due to its compact, upright form and strong architectural presence.
