Hebe McEwanii, is a compact, evergreen shrub native to New Zealand. It forms a low-growing, spreading mound. The plant has small, glossy green leaves and produces clusters of delicate white to pale lilac flowers in summer. Hebe McEwaniii is often used as ground cover, in rock gardens, or for edging paths and borders, particularly in coastal and temperate gardens due to its resilience and attractive appearance. Hebes are very beneficial for native insects especially native bees.
