Hebe ‘Emerald Green’ is a dwarf evergreen hebe that forms a tight dome of minute, green foliage. It makes an excellent border hebe, and forms naturally into a ball making it a low maintenance plant. It does not flower. Grows to approx. 0.5m tall x 0.5m wide.
