Acaena inermis 'Purpurea', commonly known as purple Bidibidi, is a hardy NZ native groundcover. It forms a dense carpet of plum-purple fern-like leaves, with tiny cream flowers that are followed by red-purple seedheads. Best in full sun and well-drained. Grow to approx. 0.2m high when mature.
